The Receptionist (Customer Experience Executive) is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all customers, assisting them with their needs, gathering feedback from non-purchasing customers, and managing incoming calls. The role also supports the Store Manager by providing valuable customer insights to enhance the overall store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Greeting & Assistance
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Understand their requirements and guide them to the correct product section or the appropriate staff member.
- Ensure every visitor feels attended to and valued during their time in the store.
2. Customer Feedback Collection
- Engage with customers who leave the store without making a purchase.
- Collect feedback related to product availability, pricing, service, or any challenges faced.
- Document and share all feedback with the Store Manager for corrective action and improvement.
3. Phone Call Handling
- Attend and respond promptly to all incoming customer calls.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding product availability, pricing, offers, and store services.
- Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.
4. Lead & Walk-In Support (If required)
- Assist in tracking potential customer leads and converting them to store visits when needed.
- Follow up with customers seeking updates on products, offers, or availability.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0 –3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or front office roles (retail or sports sector preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
