Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Engineers / Sales Executives Trainee to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will support the sales team in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Aluminum Expansion Joints (AEJ) and related industrial products in infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
Maintainclient databases and sales records using CRM tools.
Support follow-ups with clients regarding orders, quotations, and project updates.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate internally with design, operations, and finance teams.
Assist in ensuring timely documentation and reporting of sales activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
MBA in Marketing / Sales (Preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in B2B sales and business development
Ability to build relationships with clients and consultants
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits
Languages
English – Mandatory (Read, Write, Speak)
Kannada – Mandatory (Read, Write, Speak)
