Job Description
M/s Shivaay is seeking a high-performing Senior SEO Expert to lead our organic growth initiatives and drive high-intent traffic. The ideal candidate will have a deep mastery of advanced technical SEO, link acquisition strategies, and data-driven optimization, with a proven track record of scaling organic visibility for competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Strategy: Design, execute, and scale comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO roadmaps.
- Technical Audits & Architecture: Identify and fix complex site architecture issues, crawl errors, site speed bottlenecks, and core web vitals.
- Keyword & Competitor Intelligence: Lead deep-dive keyword research, gap analyses, and competitor intelligence to capture high-value search intent.
- Authority Building: Oversee high-quality outreach and backlink acquisition campaigns to sustainably improve domain rating and authority.
- Analytics & ROI Reporting: Track KPIs, evaluate traffic trends using Google Analytics and Search Console, and present performance insights to stakeholders.
- Team & Client Alignment: Collaborate with content, web development, and client-facing teams to ensure unified execution of digital campaigns.
- Algorithm Adaptability: Stay ahead of search engine algorithm shifts and pivot strategies proactively.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in SEO (agency or enterprise background preferred).
- Technical Depth: Advanced understanding of technical SEO (schema markup, site migrations, indexing, JavaScript rendering issues).
- Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for client communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to drive projects independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex ranking drops or algorithm penalties.
- Shift Flexibility: 100% comfortable committing to the night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling international SEO campaigns (US/UK markets).
- Working knowledge of AI-driven content optimization and scalable content strategies.
- Strong leadership qualities to mentor junior team members if required.
