Job Title : Tele Calling Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking to recruit a confident persuasive Tele Calling Executive who will be able to connect with our prospective customers over a phone conversation, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to customers.
The products or services must be explained clearly and professionally
Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales
Keep a record of all phone conversations and customers
Follow up with interested customers
Handle Customer Queries and Objections Politely
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets Coordinate with sales or support staff when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good verbal communication skills in local language and basic English knowledge preferred
Capability to convincingly negotiate with customers
Basic computer knowledge (e.g., CRM, Excel, etc.)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior telecalling or sales experience desirable – freshers also welcome
Education:
Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred but not Mandatory)
Work Environment:
Office-Based / Work from home (based on specific Company Policy)
Day shift / Night shift (as applicable)
