- Extremely strong people management skills
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Graduates and/or post graduates with 10 to 14 years of relevant work experience
- In-depth understanding of OTC Process
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of OTC services in compliance within timeframe for the below mentioned sub processes
o Cash Applications
o Billing
o Credit Management
o Helpdesk (Emails)
o Others: AR Month end close, Vendor reconciliation, reporting etc
- Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review
- Authorize payment of invoices
- Review timely inputting or matching, accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all invoices
- Researching/reconciling of accounts payable and supplier statements
- Arrange for periodic training for the staff to be aware of the changes in the accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes
- Periodic calls and meetings with clients to discuss SLA compliance and ongoing plans to improve processes
- Proactively identify and mitigate OTC process risks < /div>
- Address escalations
- Monitor team's KPI report
