Job Description:
International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), Ahmedabad Campus, is inviting applications for the position of Faculty – Food & Beverage Service. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals with strong industry exposure who are keen to mentor and shape future hospitality leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Food & Beverage Service and Beverage Management
- Train students in service standards aligned with five-star hotel operations
- Assist in curriculum delivery, assessments, and academic planning
- Mentor and guide students for industry readiness
- Support institutional activities, events, and practical demonstrations
Basic Qualifications:
- Hospitality Graduate
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in five-star hotels
- Strong hands-on experience in F&B Service and Beverage Management
- Good communication skills and classroom presence
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to luxury hotel brands
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to connect industry practices with academic delivery
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
