Inventory & Stock Management
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment requests.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies, losses, and material wastage.
Store Operations
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
- Ensure timely issue of materials to internal departments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, returns, and stock transfers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with company policies.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Liaise with vendors for material receipts and discrepancy resolution.
- Support audits by providing inventory records and documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments regarding stock availability.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Follow quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify process improvements to enhance store efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in store management or inventory management.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
