Key Responsibilities
-Hazard Identification: Conduct daily site safety inspections to spot and correct unsafe conditions related to HVAC installations, ductwork, and heavy lifting.
-Risk Management: Perform Job Safety Analysis and develop preventative measures for high-risk activities like working at heights, electrical wiring, and confined spaces.
-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site operations meet statutory health and safety standards.
-Training & Onboarding: Conduct daily or weekly toolbox talks, safety inductions and PPE checks for installation crews and technicians.
-Incident Investigation: Review near-misses and accidents, compile incident reports and implement corrective actions.
-Permit Administration: Monitor and manage the Permit to Work system, particularly for hot work and electrical maintenance
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
