- Maintenance & Repairs: Promptly repair leaky taps, blocked drains, toilets, showers, and pipes in guest rooms and public areas.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems, pumps, water heaters, and pressure tanks to prevent failure.
- Installations: Install new plumbing fixtures, piping (PVC, CPVC, GI), and water-related equipment.
- Emergency Response: Respond immediately to plumbing emergencies, such as pipe bursts, during guest hours.
- Guest Service: Ensure all plumbing fixtures in rooms are functioning to high quality standards, acting professionally in guest areas.
- Supporting Roles: Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, or swimming pool equipment is frequently required to support overall maintenance.
