Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Node.js Developer to join our engineering team. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about backend development and eager to build scalable, high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance server-side applications using Node.js.
- Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA engineers, and project stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL to design and manage application data.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while optimizing application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining code quality and application reliability.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and development practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Node.js development (Freshers with relevant projects or internships are encouraged to apply).
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Express.js and RESTful API development.
- Basic knowledge of MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.Knowledge of Agile development practices is an added advantage.
