We are currently conducting a bulk hiring drive for the position of Machine Operator in our Production Department. This is an excellent opportunity for Diploma / Engineering freshers who are interested in building their career in manufacturing operations.
Position Details Job Title: Machine Operator
Department: Production
Experience: Freshers preferred / 1–3 years experience
Qualification: Diploma /ITI/ Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Roles & Responsibilities
● Operate and monitor production machines efficiently
● Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety protocols
● Identify minor machine issues and inform the supervisor
● Assist in routine machine maintenance and cleanliness
● Ensure production targets are achieved with quality standards
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Statutory Benefits: PF, ESI and other company benefits
Training: On-the-job training will be provided for freshers
Work Schedule
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:50 PM (General Shift)
Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
