Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk & Patient Management
- Welcome and assist patients courteously.
- Register new patients and maintain patient records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Manage patient flow and waiting area.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online appointment requests.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain patient files and clinic documentation.
- Collect consultation and treatment fees.
- Generate bills, receipts, and maintain daily accounts.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding appointments and schedules.
- Manage clinic inventory and order office supplies when required.
Communication & Customer Service
- Explain clinic services, packages, and treatment programs to patients.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment continuity.
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Social Media & Marketing Support (Preferred)
- Assist in taking patient testimonials (with consent).
- Support basic social media activities such as posting updates and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate with the clinic's social media manager or videographer when needed.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in a healthcare clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualities:
- Empathetic and patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
Working Hours:
- As per clinic schedule. ( 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM & 4 PM to 9 PM )
Salary:
- Based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
