We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who can bridge business needs with technical execution. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, analyze data, and translate business logic into clear, actionable technical documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality data flows across systems through precise mappings, validations, and continuous collaboration with SMEs and engineering teams.

Understand business requirements and convert them into data and functional specifications.

Develop and maintain detailed source-to-target mappings (STM), transformation logic, and business rules.

Perform data profiling, validation, and gap analysis across multiple systems.

Translate business logic into technical requirements for engineering teams.

Work with SMEs to ensure accurate interpretation of domain-specific requirements.

Support QA teams during testing cycles by validating data transformations and resolving issues.

Communicate insights, findings, and data-related updates to business and technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with BI and engineering teams for dashboarding, automation, and reporting needs.

5–9 years of solid experience as a Data Analyst working with cross-functional teams.

Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

Expertise in data mapping, source-to-target mapping (STM), and defining transformation logic.

Advanced SQL skills for querying, validation, and data-quality checks.

Hands-on experience in data profiling, gap analysis, and data validation.

Working knowledge of Python for automation and analysis (preferred but not mandatory).

Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
