Job Description
Shift Leaders are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew
Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a
restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's and Assistant Manager's
absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of
operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations,
restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or
assigned.
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional way.
- Basic math skills
- High level of Integrity, responsibility, leadership skills, and organizational Skills.
- Having an understanding knowledge of POS systems to process orders and take credit or debit cards, Net Banking, Online payments, and cash payments.
- Should be able to work, standing for long hours.
- Should be a Team Player
- Should be open to work on weekends and holidays
- Having Positive attitude and cheerful nature
Pay: ₹8,116.26 - ₹25,478.12 per month
