> Part & Process evaluations preferable for new product development.
Analysis of Part Quality issues & countermeasure planning.
New product development activity planning
> Planning for zero defect production lines setup at Vendors.
> PFMEA and required actions planning with vendors.
> Advance Quality planning for new parts development.
> Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning for mass production models

> Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma.
> Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc.).
> Clear & Good communication skills.
> Ability to work in lean, multi tasking environment.
> Ability to handle the product & any unforeseen situation independently.
