Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and help the company grow by acquiring new clients and business opportunities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Generate and manage sales leads from prospecting to closure
- Conduct field visits and client meetings across Ahmedabad and nearby regions
- Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while bringing in new ones
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales
- Prior field sales experience is preferred
