We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to promote and sell Home Loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with channel partners, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan business through direct sales and field activities.
- Identify and approach potential customers for Home Loan requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and other referral partners.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain Home Loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting required documents.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan approval process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
