Job Description
Location: Mumbai, Malad
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000 + Incentives
Experience: 1-3 Years (Fresher’s can also apply)
At CIIS, As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to provide detailed information about the courses we offer and recommend programs that best suit each student’s needs and goals. By building strong relationships, you will help guide students in choosing the right course, ensuring they have all the information they need to make an informed decision. Your efforts will contribute directly to meeting sales targets and growing the student base.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Generate sales by reaching out to potential students through warm calls, sharing information about available courses, and recommending programs that match their interests.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
· Continuously analyse sales performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
· Ensure successful deal closure and consistently meet sales targets.
· Coordinate with students, faculty, and parents to ensure smooth communication and resolve any queries.
· Provide a positive and seamless experience for students throughout the enrolment process.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update student information as required.
· Manage financial transactions; ensure fees are received.
Requirements
· Prior experience in sales or business development is highly preferred.
· English Communication is a must.
· Strong communication, organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
· Self-driven with a focus on results.
· Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
· A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
Salary & Incentives
For Experienced: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 + Incentives
(Salary negotiable based on skills, experience, and last drawn CTC)
For Fresher’s: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 + Incentives
