Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain professional business websites.
- Develop responsive websites that work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Build and manage Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Develop admin panels for managing products, services, customers, orders, content, and app data.
- Connect websites and mobile applications with a common database.
- Integrate Firebase, Firestore, authentication, cloud storage, APIs, and third-party services.
- Develop frontend interfaces and backend functionality according to project requirements.
- Convert designs, references, or business ideas into functional digital products.
- Test websites and applications for speed, responsiveness, usability, and security.
- Identify and fix technical errors, bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
- Manage website hosting, domains, deployment, app updates, and database configurations.
- Upload and publish applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store when required.
- Maintain organised project files, source code, database records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with management, clients, designers, content creators, and other team members.
- Complete assigned development projects within the given deadlines.
- Maintain the quality, accuracy, security, and consistency of all digital platforms.
- Support the team in planning and implementing new features and technical solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic knowledge of website and application development is required.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Flutter, React Native, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, or similar technologies will be preferred.
- Understanding of databases such as Firebase, Firestore, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of API integration, user authentication, cloud storage, and payment gateway integration will be an advantage.
- The candidate should understand responsive design, user experience, website speed, and mobile compatibility.
- Experience in developing e-commerce websites, business websites, admin panels, or mobile applications will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of GitHub, version control, hosting, domains, and deployment will be preferred.
- The candidate must be creative, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- The candidate should be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
- The candidate must be willing to learn new technologies and improve continuously.
- Freshers with strong practical skills, completed projects, or a good portfolio can also apply.
