Job Summary
Karigar India is seeking energetic Telecallers who can interact with customers, candidates, vendors, and business clients. The role involves calling, follow-ups, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and candidates.
- Attend inbound customer inquiries.
- Explain company services professionally.
- Follow up with leads and prospects.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain call records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams.
- Resolve basic customer queries.
- Support business development activities.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional language.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
Eligibility
