Job Title: Insurance Quote & Client Communication Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Quote & Client Communication Specialist to join our insurance team. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing insurance quotes for home, auto, and commercial insurance, communicate with clients by email and phone, and support daily agency operations. This position requires strong English communication skills, accuracy, follow-up, and a willingness to work U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare insurance quotes for home, auto, landlord, renters, and commercial insurance.
- Gather required information from clients to complete quote applications.
- Communicate with clients professionally by email and phone.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending quotes, missing information, and policy questions.
- Enter and update client information in agency systems and carrier portals.
- Compare quote options and help prepare summaries for review.
- Coordinate with agency staff, carriers, and clients to complete daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and quote activity.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
Requirements:
- Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in insurance quoting, customer service, sales support, or back-office insurance work preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Strong email writing skills with professional tone and grammar.
- Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of home, auto, and commercial insurance is a plus.
- Experience using insurance carrier portals, CRM systems, or agency management software is preferred.
- Good computer skills, including email, Excel/Google Sheets, and online forms.
- Must be dedicated, punctual, and willing to work U.S. business hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
