Job Summary
The Junior Project Coordinator supports project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. This role assists in coordinating tasks at site, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication among team members to help deliver projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed as per schedule
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
- Communicate updates between team members, stakeholders, and management
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
- Help manage project resources, including tools and materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards
- Assist in preparing status reports and presentations
- Must be able to travel to site to examine the site conditions and progress
Required Qualifications
- Degree B.Tech-Civil or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
