● Minimum 2+ years of experience as Admission Counselor / Academic Counselor / Career Counselor / EdTech Counselor
● Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
● Strong experience in student counseling, admissions, lead conversion, and fee collection
● Experience handling outbound calls and converting inquiries into enrollments
● Comfortable working on weekends
● Graduation mandatory (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., BCA, MBA, or equivalent)
● Candidates from Byju's, Unacademy, Physics Wallah, Vedantu, UpGrad, NIIT, Career Launcher, CollegeDekho, etc. will be preferred
● Strong sales aptitude with proven admission/enrollment target achievements
● Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
