RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily patient rooms rounds
- Taking Feedback from Patients regarding services of Hospital
- To resolve of Patient facility related issues i.e House Keeping, F&B, and Maintenance
- To give information to Primary consultants about patient
- To Coordinate Patient Discharge summary with DMO/consultants
- To coordinate with billing department for clearance
- Maintain list of inpatients with their room no, admission date, Consultant Doctors name etc
- Admit the patients as per Doctors Advice
- Check whether it is Emergency/Elective admission
- Check whether cash patient, TPA, co/corp. patient
- Counsel the patient/attendant before the admission and confirm to avoid the cancellations.
- Take the clearance from Corporation desk before the admission other than Cash patients
- Check whether New admission or Re-admission
- Explain the admission rules & regulations of the hospital and take signature of the patient/attendant on the format
- Arrange Room/Bed as per the requirement and inform the concerned ward secretary/sister In charge
- Enter the patient details and fill all the columns of the admission register and take their signature
- Send the credit letters to the IP Billing and take signature by the billing person in the register
- Take HOD’S consent before upgrading any patient in written
- Check the Bed Shifting
- Check for Cross consultations and Coordinate for outside investigations
- Maintain the necessary records i.e Admission Register, Logbook, Upgradation register, bed shifting register etc.
- Inform the main reception staff about the admissions/Bed shifting as soon as it is done
- Take care of patient final discharge process with billing department
Administrative.
- Maintains discipline and punctuality
- Proper coordination within the department and inter departmental
- Report all the incidents
- Always be available at Nursing Station only
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
