1. Accounts Management
* Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
* Process and record all receipts, payments, invoices, reimbursements, and journal entries.
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy.
* Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
* Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and within statutory timelines.
* Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and reconciliation of TDS.
* Coordinate GST-related documentation and support return filing.
* Maintain complete records of statutory payments and filings.
3. Trust & Regulatory Compliance
* Maintain all trust-related records, registrations, renewals, and statutory documentation.
* Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, and regulatory authorities.
* Ensure compliance with trust regulations and other applicable legal requirements.
* Track compliance calendars and proactively prevent delays.
4. Financial Documentation & Audit Support
* Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents.
* Organize documentation required for statutory, internal, and trust audits.
* Maintain systematic filing (physical and digital) of financial records.
* Ensure documentation is audit-ready at all times.
5. Vendor & Payroll Support
* Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
* Maintain vendor records and statutory documentation.
* Support payroll processing by coordinating tax deductions and compliance-related requirements.
6. Process Improvement & Financial Controls
* Recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
* Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all financial information.
* Develop checklists and trackers to improve compliance accuracy.
* Support automation and digitization of finance processes wherever possible.
Key Skills & Competencies
Must-Have
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
* Excellent understanding of TDS provisions, return filing, and statutory compliance.
* Hands-on experience with GST documentation and reconciliations.
* Experience working with trusts, societies, NGOs, or educational institutions is preferred.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
