- Quality Management System (QMS):
- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS aligned with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant standards.
- Ensure audit readiness and lead internal/external audits.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Monitor adherence to FSSAI, AGMARK, export regulations, and customer specifications.
- Maintain documentation for certifications and regulatory approvals.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify gaps in processes and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Team Leadership:
- Train and mentor QA staff on compliance, testing protocols, and documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and R&D teams to ensure quality at all stages.
- Supplier & Raw Material Assurance:
- Develop and enforce raw material specifications.
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with agreed standards.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
- Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications
- Food Science, Biotechnology, or related discipline
- 8–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, spectrophotometry, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
