We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and billing processes
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate with doctors and departments for smooth patient flow
- Manage waiting area and ensure patient comfort
- Handle basic administrative and front desk tasks
Required Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma
- 0–2 years of experience in front office / receptionist role
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospital/clinic setup
- Strong communication in Malayalam & English (Hindi is a plus)
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
