Job Summary
Spectrum Solar Power is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Trainer to manage, train, and improve the performance of field sales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, practical sales experience, and the ability to motivate and guide field executives to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and develop field sales executives on sales techniques, lead handling, customer communication, and closing strategies
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor team performance
- Support new employee onboarding and practical field training
- Improve team productivity, discipline, and daily reporting
- Conduct motivational sessions and sales workshops
- Help field staff achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify performance gaps and provide corrective coaching
- Coordinate with management regarding team updates and market feedback
- Ensure proper implementation of company sales processes in the field
Requirements
- Experience in sales training, field sales, or team handling
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel and work with field teams directly
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Experience in solar, telecom, FMCG, banking, or direct sales is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of reporting and CRM handling preferred
