Job Description
1. Instructional Design Responsibilities1.1 Content Analysis and Design
· Conduct requirement gathering sessions with SMEs and stakeholders.
· Analyze learning needs, learner profiles, performance gaps, and content requirements.
· Define learning objectives and instructional strategies aligned with adult learning principles.
· Plan learning journeys, content flow, and instructional approach.
1.2 Content Creation and Development
· Create technical, persona-based learning content for Clients applications.
· Develop (task-based) procedures, Job Aids, and Ǫuick Reference Guides (ǪRGs).
· Capture and annotate screenshots across systems.
· Maintain version control in alignment with release cycles.
· Produce short, task-based instructional videos.
· Facilitate SME support validation cycles in UAT/Feedback sessions/workshops.
· Maintain the curriculum and content tracker.
· Proactively identify and communicate risks and readiness impacts.
· Maintenance of a central content repository.
· Final handover of trackers, SOPs, and version history to the Technical Training team.
1.3 Required Skills and Experience
· Expertise in job aid and ǪRG production.
· Experience creating short-form instructional videos.
· Ability to interpret UAT test scripts.
· Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter and FoodChain ID (FCID) (preferred).
· Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
· Expertise with authoring tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Camtasia, Synthesia, Snagit, etc.)
1.4 Content Ǫuality and Review
· Conduct thorough ǪA checks for accuracy, grammar, formatting, accessibility, branding, and technical functionality.
· Incorporate SME and stakeholder feedback through structured review cycles.
· Ensure final outputs meet Clients quality expectations prior to sign-off.
2. Project Management Responsibilities2.1 Planning and Coordination
· Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, development, review, and closure.
· Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
· Coordinate with SMEs, reviewers, and stakeholders across regions/time zones.
· Identify risks, blockers, and constraints, and escalate when necessary.
2.2 Governance and Documentation
· Maintain project trackers, status reports, change logs, risk logs, and review logs.
· Document meeting notes, action items, and communication summaries.
· Maintain organized folders with proper version control across all files and assets.
· Ensure compliance with Clients documentation standards.
2.3 Stakeholder Management
· Facilitate project meetings, check ins, review discussions, and alignment calls.
· Consolidate feedback and clarify requirements to ensure accurate implementation.
· Coordinate approvals and sign offs at each project stage.
· Provide clear communication updates, summaries, and progress visibility.
3. Development Tools and Systems
The candidate will use Clients approved systems including but not limited to :
· Articulate Storyline
· Articulate Rise
· Vyond
· Easygenerator
· Camtasia
· Synthesia
· Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
· Any additional tools specified by the project team
4. Work Locations and Ways of Working
- The candidate will operate from the Hyderabad office.
- Hybrid/remote flexibility may be provided based on team direction.
- Standard business hours, with a minimum 2-4 hour overlap to collaborate with US/EU stakeholders.
- Candidate must attend office meetings, collaboration sessions, or workshops as needed in person.
- Client will coordinate required access to systems, platforms, and workspaces.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
