- Learn to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, including the perfect espresso and manual brews.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and overall quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures for coffee preparation and equipment handling.
- Assist in training new team members after completing certification
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and workspace
