Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the growth of Fute Services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a hunter mentality, and the ability to represent a premium brand to real estate developers, architects, and interior design firms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online research, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Reach out to potential clients including real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and project management firms via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct product presentations and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating Fute Services' value proposition.
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage and update the CRM system with leads, pipeline status, follow-up activities, and client interaction records.
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to prepare customized proposals and project quotations for clients.
- Follow up consistently on leads and proposals to move deals through the sales pipeline and close business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify new industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Represent Fute Services at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to build brand presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach and campaign activities with business development goals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports and present updates to the management team.
Area of Experience Required
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing — preferably in real estate, architecture, interior design, or creative services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling sales pitches.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound outreach, and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Creativity and interest in the architectural visualization or real estate space is an advantage.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration / Marketing or related field
