Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Intern
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates for follow-ups and status updates
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
