We are looking for a passionate Chef / Kitchen Assistant to join our restaurant team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for preparing fast food items, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fast food items such as burgers, sandwiches, momos, fries, rolls, and snacks according to standard recipes.
- Assist in food preparation like chopping vegetables, marinating, and sauce preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety standards and proper storage procedures.
- Ensure food is prepared quickly while maintaining quality and taste.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor ingredient stock and inform management when supplies are low.
- Maintain proper presentation and portion control.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cooking or fast food preparation.
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
- Passion for cooking and learning new recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
