Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate Cisco Router / Networking projects and field activities.
- Manage and coordinate Field Engineers and L2 Engineers.
- Track Cisco router installation, configuration, commissioning, replacement, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, NOC, L2 teams, and field teams.
- Monitor daily site progress, pending activities, faults, and closures.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and project status updates.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of network issues.
- Coordinate site access, material availability, engineer deployment, and project requirements.
- Ensure project activities are completed within the agreed timelines.
Mandatory Requirements
- Cisco experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience or project coordination experience in Cisco Routers / Networking.
- Good understanding of Routing, Switching, LAN/WAN, IP Networking.
- Experience in managing Field Engineers / technical teams.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
- Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu / Karnataka as required.
Preferred
- CCNA / CCNP certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in telecom/network deployment projects.
- Candidates with experience handling Cisco router rollout, migration, installation, or O&M projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
