Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Record and update customer interactions in Excel and the portal
- Provide accurate information about products, and processes
- Meet defined service quality and response time standards
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Qualification:
- Graduate or equivalent (preferred)
- 1-2 years of Prior experience in customer service
