Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer
Job Summary:
Weareseeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives, advanced technical support, and client relationship management. In this leadership role, you will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, leveraging your deep technical knowledge and sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions.
You will mentor junior team members, contribute to product development, and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence—especially within the valve manufacturing or industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, and close high-value sales opportunities to achieve and exceed business targets. Lead client engagements by providing advanced technical consultation and custom solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver impact technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation to post-sale support.
Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain and grow strategic relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and influence product development.
Mentor and support junior sales engineers, sharing best practices and guiding team performance.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or a diploma with relevant experience.
Minimum5–7years of experience in Sales Engineering, preferably within the manufacturing or valve industry.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals in a technical sales environment.
In-depth understanding of valve manufacturing processes and industrial applications is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and customer management skills.
