Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our remote team. In this role, you will guide prospective students, help them choose suitable academic programs, and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and understand their educational goals.
- Recommend suitable courses and academic programs.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.
- Provide support and resolve student queries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
