WE’RE HIRING – GERMAN-SPEAKING SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a fluent German speaker based in India to join our growing automotive roadside assistance business.
The successful candidate will primarily handle our German market, speaking directly with customers in Germany who require wrong-fuel assistance.
Your Role: Answer incoming calls from customers in Germany Communicate confidently and professionally in German Understand the customer’s situation and location Explain our services and prices clearly Convert enquiries into confirmed jobs/bookings Coordinate customer requirements with our operations team Follow up with customers when required Maintain basic customer and job records
Requirements: Fluent German – preferably B2/C1 level or above Good English communication skills Confident and professional on the phone Strong sales and customer service skills Comfortable dealing with customers in urgent roadside situations Sales/call centre/customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills Must be based in India Able to work according to German operating/business hours
