Experience: 5–10 Years (Automobile Dealership Experience Preferred)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering OR Graduate with relevant Bodyshop Management Experience
Other Requirement: Valid Driving License (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete Bodyshop operations including Denting, Painting, Accident Repair, and Vehicle Delivery.
Lead and supervise Bodyshop Advisors, Technicians, Denters, and Painters.
Ensure quality repairs, timely vehicle delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate insurance claim processing and surveyor approvals.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, revenue, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with OEM standards, dealership SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with Parts, Service, and CRM teams for smooth operations.
Prepare MIS reports and achieve departmental targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience as a Bodyshop Manager or Assistant Bodyshop Manager in an Automobile Dealership.
Strong leadership, workshop management, and insurance claim handling skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to achieve operational and business targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
