Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations. The role involves handling client interactions, phone calls, and administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and redirect to concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Handle courier, correspondence, and other front-desk activities.
- Provide administrative support to HR/Management as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the reception area.
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining office supplies.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
