Role Summary
We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developers to support implementation and optimization of portfolio, demand, financial, and resource management processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Customization
- Implement and configure SPM modules:
- Demand Management
- Project Management
- Portfolio Management
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning
- Agile 2.0 (if applicable)
- Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, and automation.
- Develop dashboards and performance analytics reports.
Technical Development
- Build Flow Designer automations.
- Develop integrations with ERP, HR, and financial systems.
- Customize Project Workbench and financial tracking modules.
Process Alignment
- Map business processes (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) to SPM modules.
- Support financial governance and capital planning processes.
- Assist in portfolio prioritization models and scoring mechanisms.
Testing & Deployment
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Prepare technical documentation and release notes.
- Provide post-go-live hypercare support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years ServiceNow experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on SPM (formerly PPM) implementation experience.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting knowledge.
- Experience in Financial & Resource Management modules.
- Good understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
Certifications
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile 2.0 module
- Exposure to enterprise PMO processes
- Experience with Performance Analytics
