Our mission is to challenge the belief that mass-market breads always come with compromises by providing clean daily breads that are accessible and affordable for everyone. We are conscious producers and manufacturers, committed to eliminating chemicals and preservatives from our products and shaking up the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
* Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
* Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to queries, and manage online community engagement.
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to promote our e-commerce platform.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
* Collaborations: Work with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and enhance brand loyalty.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, and apply them to our strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
* Analytical: Strong ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that resonates with our audience.
* Team Player: Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
