Job Title: Operations Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, travel arrangements, transportation coordination, and general office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capability to efficiently handle bookings, vendor coordination, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage general office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning.
· Handle office administration activities including inventory management, office supplies, and facility coordination.
· Coordinate with vendors, travel agencies, transportation providers, and service partners.
· Handle client communication professionally regarding travel schedules, bookings, and operational updates.
· Prepare operational reports, maintain documentation, and support interdepartmental coordination.
· Handle all travel bookings including train, flight, hotel, cab, and local transportation arrangements.
· Coordinate and manage porter services, Rapido bookings, and other transportation requirements for employees and clients.
· Ensure timely transportation arrangements and operational support for staff and clients.
· Maintain records of bookings, schedules, invoices, operational expenses, and travel reports.
· Support management in planning and executing operational activities efficiently.
· Follow up on operational tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
· Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain smooth workflow within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or related field.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
· Experience in handling travel bookings, transportation coordination, and office operations.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
· Strong client handling and vendor coordination skills.
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and operational reporting.
· Strong problem-solving, coordination, and time management skills.
Language Requirement (MANDATORY):
The following languages are MANDATORY for this role. Candidates must be very fluent in both:
English — Must be highly fluent in spoken and written English.
Hindi — Must be highly fluent in spoken and written Hindi.
Candidates who do not meet the language requirement will not be considered for this position.
· Proficiency in regional languages will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
· 0–5 years of experience in operations, administration, office coordination, or travel management.
· Experience in handling transportation logistics, vendor management, and operational support activities.
· Prior experience in client communication and office administration will be preferred.
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Pay: ₹10,806.31 - ₹31,470.59 per month
