Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Interior Design Consultant who can combine creativity with strong interpersonal skills. In this role, you will guide clients through their home design journey—from initial consultation to execution—ensuring a smooth and delightful experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Sales
- Connect with qualified leads provided by the Pre-Sales team
- Understand client requirements and preferences in detail
- Present Des-Kraft’s design process, offerings, and value proposition
- Create concept presentations and share initial BOQs using internal tools
- Encourage clients to visit the Experience Centre
- Convert prospects into clients and onboard them
Design & Execution
- Develop detailed design scopes including layouts, false ceiling, RCP, electrical, and plumbing
- Collaborate with backend teams for 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
- Conduct mandatory design checks at the Experience Centre
- Work with project teams to finalize BOQs and validate commercials
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and order placement
- Monitor on-site progress and installation phases
Requirements
- Experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Passion for delivering high-quality design solutions
Additional Expectations
- Act as the face of Des-Kraft for all client interactions
- Visit the Experience Centre/Studio weekly for updates and reviews

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
