Job Title: MS Office Trainer
Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic MS Office Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, and a passion for teaching students and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions on Microsoft Office applications.
- Deliver training on:
- Microsoft Word (Formatting, Templates, Mail Merge, Document Management)
- Microsoft Excel (Basic to Advanced)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (Presentations, Animations, SmartArt)
- Microsoft Outlook (Email Management, Calendar, Tasks)
- Microsoft Access (Basic Database Concepts – preferred)
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide hands-on practical exercises and real-world examples.
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback.
- Address participant queries and offer post-training support.
- Keep training content updated with the latest Microsoft Office features.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as an MS Office Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in classroom, online, or corporate training is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Microsoft 365 applications is a plus.
- Experience with corporate or institutional training.
