About the Role
RCP Universe Group of Institutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registrar to lead the institution's academic administration and statutory compliance. The Registrar will be responsible for ensuring smooth academic operations, maintaining institutional records, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and supporting the implementation of quality assurance and accreditation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall academic and administrative functions of the Registrar's Office.
- Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, INC, PCI, NCTE, State Government, and affiliating university regulations.
- Coordinate admissions, student registration, enrolment, and academic records.
- Maintain statutory records, institutional documentation, and official correspondence.
- Organize meetings of the Academic Council, Governing Body, and other statutory committees.
- Coordinate inspections, accreditation visits, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Supervise examination coordination in collaboration with the Controller of Examinations.
- Lead and monitor administrative staff to ensure efficient institutional operations.
- Support implementation of ERP and digital academic management systems.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
Eligibility
- Master's Degree from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in higher education administration, with leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of university regulations and statutory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and decision-making skills.

2. Controller of Examinations (COE)About the Role
The Controller of Examinations will be responsible for planning, conducting, monitoring, and evaluating examinations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with university regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct semester and annual examinations.
- Prepare examination schedules.
- Coordinate confidential examination processes.
- Supervise evaluation and result processing.
- Issue mark sheets and transcripts.
- Maintain examination records.
- Coordinate with affiliating universities.
Eligibility
- Master's Degree.
- Minimum 8 years of examination or academic administration experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
3. Administrative OfficerAbout the Role
The Administrative Officer will oversee campus administration and ensure efficient day-to-day institutional operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise office administration.
- Manage administrative staff.
- Coordinate procurement and inventory.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, transport, and facility management.
- Handle official correspondence.
- Support HR and institutional events.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Master's Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Administrative SupervisorAbout the Role
The Administrative Supervisor will supervise daily administrative operations and coordinate support services across departments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise administrative staff.
- Monitor office workflow.
- Maintain attendance and records.
- Support admission and examination work.
- Coordinate logistics and inventory.
- Prepare administrative reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
- Good computer skills and strong team management ability.
