- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices specific to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management software.
- Capability to work within agile development cycles and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
