ORDER DEPARTMENT WORK PROCESS :
Ø INQUIRY HANDLING:
· ANSWER CUSTOMER AND INTERNAL OFFICE INQUIRIES.
· PROVIDE CORRECT PRODUCT AND ORDER DETAILS.
· GIVE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES.
Ø ORDER MANAGEMENT:
· TAKE NEW ORDERS WITH COMPLETE DETAILS.
· CONFIRM ORDER SPECIFICATIONS (DESIGN, WEIGHT, SIZE, MELTING AND COLOUR ETC.)
· MAINTAIN PROPER ORDER RECORDS (BY ENTRIES IN SOFTWARE)
Ø VENDOR CO-ORDINATION:
· SEND ORDER DETAILS TO VENDORS.
· FOLLOW UP REGULARLY FOR PENDING ORDERS.
· ENSURE TIMELY COMPLETION.
Ø STATUS UPDATES:
· UPDATE PURCHASER/TEAM ABOUT ORDER PROGRESS.
· INFORM IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE OR DELAYS.
· CONFIRM WHEN ORDERS ARE READY OR DISPATCHED.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
