About the Role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closed deal to customer nurturing. This is a high-ownership, quota-carrying role ideal for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, loves running product demos, and knows how to convert cold leads into paying customers.
You'll be selling a small-ticket, high-velocity SaaS product (price range roughly ₹800–₹40,000) in a B2B, PLG (Product-Led Growth) and SaaS-as-a-Service environment, so speed, volume, and a tight follow-up process matter more than long enterprise sales cycles.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify new leads across Indian and international markets through outbound channels — cold calling, cold email campaigns, LinkedIn/social outreach, and other creative prospecting methods
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads in new and existing markets
- Research the market and go-to-market landscape to identify new opportunities for sales and business expansion — new segments, verticals, and geographies worth pursuing
- Book and run product demos with prospective clients, clearly showcasing how Dilogs AI solves their ad-creative and production challenges
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting → outreach → demo → negotiation → closing → onboarding
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers, consistently hitting monthly/quarterly targets
- Nurture existing leads and customers to drive repeat usage, upsells, and long-term retention
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline stage, and conversion metrics in the CRM
- Continuously test and refine outbound messaging, email sequences, and calling scripts to improve conversion rates
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to relay market feedback and customer insights
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Development, Inside Sales, or SDR/BDR role
- Proven experience selling small-ticket / high-velocity products (deal sizes roughly ₹800–₹40,000)
- Strong background in B2B and PLG (Product-Led Growth) SaaS sales
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold email marketing, and multi-channel outbound reach
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle — from lead generation through to closing and customer nurturing
- Comfortable presenting live product demos to prospects
- Strong market research skills with a go-to-market mindset — able to spot new opportunities for sales and business expansion
- Preferred: prior experience in the ad-tech or martech industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales/email automation platforms
