A Workshop Incharge is responsible for managing overall workshop operations, supervising technicians and mechanics, ensuring timely vehicle/service delivery, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with customers and management for smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop activities
- Allocate work to mechanics and technicians
- Ensure service and repair work is completed on time
- Monitor vehicle delivery and pending jobs
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety
- Check spare parts availability and coordinate with stores
- Handle customer complaints related to service
- Prepare daily service/workshop reports
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment
- Support Service Advisor and Service Manager in operations

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI in Automobile or Mechanical
- 1- 3 yrs Experience in automobile workshop preferred
Salary
- Based on experience and company standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
